Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover the Regner Health Solutions text messaging program. Our general Terms of Use cover the rest of this website.

What we text

Regner Health Solutions sends text messages to patients who opt in: appointment reminders and confirmations, check-ins on your treatment, clinic updates (such as a new phone number or hours), replies to your questions, and occasional offers.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional texting box on one of our website forms, which reads: "Yes, I agree to receive text messages from Regner Health Solutions about my care: appointment reminders, check-ins, clinic updates and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Text Messaging Terms." You can also opt in by telling our staff by phone or in the clinic that you would like texts; we note the date and the staff member in your record. Either way you receive a confirmation text. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. You will receive one message confirming it and no more texts after that. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (651) 333-5649 or NewClient@regnerhealthsolutions.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent or trade your mobile phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
